NEW YORK, Feb. 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hudson Capital Inc. (NASDAQ: HUSN) (Hudson Capital) announced that Freight App, Inc. (Fr8App), a North American transportation logistics technology platform company focused on US-Mexico cross-border shipping with which Hudson Capital is in a merger agreement, released its preliminary revenue for the fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2021.

Preliminary Revenue

  • Fourth quarter of 2021 preliminary revenues were approximately $5.2 million, up 39% compared to $3.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2020.
  • Full year 2021 preliminary revenues increased to approximately $21.5 million, up 133% compared to $9.2 million in 2020.
